Aramids
Aramid fibres are a class of heat resistant and strong synthetic fibres. The fabric is used for various products, such as racing driver clothing, body armour and bicycle tyres. It is a fantastic resistant to abrasion which is why it is an essential fabric for racing drivers. It has various other qualitys that make it a great fabric but in terms of safety it is perfect.
